Raider Co-Op Shinny

Welcome to an amazing hour of fun, music, games, and more!

We will turn the ice into a playground of activity that ANY young player of ANY experience level will enjoy!

Summer Shinny is a great opportunity for young players to get a few extra touches on the ice over the summer. In summer shinny, there is minimal drills and coaching… just fun on the rink!

This program is offered in partnership with the Wayland / Watertown Youth Hockey Co-Op, and is open to ALL kids regardless of program affiliation.

What aged players are appropriate for this program?

This is open to ALL players at the 6U / 8U / 10U age levels

What time of the year does this program run?

This program will run from Wednesday May 6 to June 24th.

Sessions will take place at 5:30PM

Where are practices and games held?

All sessions are at Chase Arena in Natick, MA

When are practices and how often are they?

Shinny is once a week - every Wednesday

Coach Discounts

Do coach volunteers get a discount?

Yes! We are a community model program and we offer coach "DIBS" discounts of $50 for any parent who wishes to volunteer and help out on the ice when they are at the rink.

Jerseys

Are jerseys provided or are they purchased separately?

Players are encouraged to wear their underlying town jerseys.

If your player has never played hockey and needs a jersey - please reach out and we can get them a DDP jersey to wear!

DO YOU HAVE OPTIONS FOR MENTORS?

Yes! Any HS player is welcome to sign up for FREE as a Mentor. You will be able to get on ice and help younger players grow and develop in all facets of the game. Just use the HS Mentor pricing.
